alan taylor 2 Posted October 14, 2015 Share Posted October 14, 2015 This problem was first mentioned with the beta-testing of V9; https://forum.eset.com/topic/5480-cannot-use-banking-protection-in-ess-v9/ I can confirm that in the official release, banking protection will again not launch unless HMP.Alert 3 is uninstalled. "From my observations and testing, it seems that the keystroke encryption in any other security app that you may use is what prevents ESET's Banking & Payment Protection from starting.
