jeklor 0
I hate the new UI in version 9. I understand that with MS pushing flat, lifeless, 2D menus and windows in Windows 10, ESET really had no choice but to try to embrace "The Flattening" as others developers have (Acronis, AVG, etc). But for me, someone who is running Windows 7 for the time being, Antivirus 9's interface is ugly and out of place. I for one would love to have the option to use older skins on NOD32 version 9. For now I'm sticking with 8.0.319.0.
chrcoluk 2
Agreed 9's UI is inferior 8, so lifeless. But also the font size is too big, on my 720p and 1050p displays it just looks way too big, as if its tuned for high dpi only. This stuff should be customisable. ESET Moderators TomasP 311 Posted October 19, 2015 ESET Moderators Share Posted October 19, 2015 Thank you for the feedback. The new UI uses a more flexible platform and allows us to scale and change it more effectively, so in case the feedback weighs largly in favor of some solution, we are more flexible to change it.
