Administrators Marcos 4,910 Posted October 11, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 11, 2015 Don't know what automatic scanning you mean. There's only a first-time scan which is run automatically shortly after installation.

TomFace 539
Obviously I would re-check your scheduled scan settings (assuming you have one scheduled) including "If the task could not be run at the predefined time, you can specify when it will be performed again". Do you have an event triggered scan set up? Of course, there is the automatic start up scan and idle-state scanning which can be enabled. Otherwise like Marcos said there is only the 1st time scan which is automatic (as far as I know). Edited October 11, 2015 by TomFace
