How to fix " Personal firewall is not functional" Beta9

Hello,

Does this issue stay after a reboot of the computer? (Please note it needs to be a full reboot, not just shut down and turn on, as there is a difference now.)

Also, does it happen after uninstalling the product and installing it again, or was it just an issue with that one installation (possibly a corrupted file)?

Same problem here but with full version 9.0.318.0....everything was superb with BETA,then I uninstalled beta and installed full version and Personal firewall problem occured....did full reboot and also uninstal from safe mode and installed again.....Windows 10 Pro with latest updates....please can you help with this error.
