Updates are taking forever to download...

All our workstations have reported an error while trying to update from the Remote Administration Server. In Remote Administration Console under Server Options > Updates, the update status just says "Update: downloading em0023_32_l0.nup" and nothing else - it seems to be stuck.

 

I have followed hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3281/ and when I go back into the console, there is nothing being downloaded. At this point I have selected "clear update cache" and fired the event on the server but the same thing happens.

 

What's going on?

Same problem here. Updates are crawling. 

 

I see they posted an alert yesterday ( hxxp://support.eset.com/alert5553/ ) however I'm not sure how this affects ERA downloading updates.

Good to know it's not just me.

 

ERA is now reporting an error while trying to download:

 

"Failed, MIRROR_REQUIRED_MODU"

Today a larger module update was released so the download speed may be slow at times.
