Eset Smart Security 9.0.318.10 shows Trial Mode ?!?!

hi,

 

I always used Eset Smart Security, I bought a 3 Years License at ebay,

in Eset v8 all was fine, now I had to re-install my windows , so I´ve installed the newest version 9.0.318.10 and eset shows me:

( I had to convert user/pass to serial)

 

Eset Trial Version: 412 days, not full version thats was bought.

 

Why Trial Version with xxx days ?

Hi @deepblue2000,

 

I suggest to:

• delete the installer
• download again
• uninstall ESET v9
• Reboot
• install ESET v9.
• Reboot
• Activate

If not work, contact ESET Support of your country.
