CEssConnectorModule and CReplicationManager error

Hi all,

 

I get the following error suddently on some Windows 2008 R2 after a few days :

2015-10-01 15:43:45 Error: CEssConnectorModule [Thread 890]: Set policy failed: CNodcommChannel: Send request failed with 14, Command failed - Make sure that Agent runs with Administrator privileges.

(error come from last-error.html)

 

 

And also this one on some others Windows 2008 R2 : 

CReplicationManager: Replication (network) connection to 'host: "xxx.xxx.xx.xx" port: 2222' failed with: (0x274c), A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

 (error come from trace.log)

 

I use :

ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.2.200.0
ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.2.155.0

Run on CentOS (64-bit), Version 6.7

 

 

all agents and ESET Endpoint Antivirus are up to date.

 

 Any idea ?

Hello,

According to the error, it means the Agent tried to set a policy to the Endpoint product, which failed (probably due to the Endpoint, not the Agent).

Thus, the issue needs to be investigated from the Endpoint's side.

Please contact your local customer case who will further direct you to gather logs from the PCs.
