banderi 0 Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 Hi. We have installed eset remote administrator 6 this monday. All was fine until yesterday. We have deploy the agent on a computer but this one newer showed up on the console. We did a reboot of the server and now we can't login to the console. The server is a VM with WIndows 2012. ERA version is the latest. We can connect to the db from a distant server with the era_user and the AD domain administrator. Port 2223 is open on the server. Port 2222 is open on the server.
