Report on computer Memory and CPU

Hi,

 

We have over 500 devices in our ERA v6 console.  We would like to be able to report on things such as machine physical memory under 4GB or CPU manufacturer.  Is this possible, or could it be included.  We can already pull some hardware specific information such as machine make model and serial number, so I would have thought it possible?

Hello, not all categories you mentioned are included, but for example you can create reports filtered by the amount of available physical memory, or the device manufacturer.

Spiceworks is free and can do that. it's a hideous applciation but it does provide reasonable reporting.

How do you report on the amount of Physical Memory, I can't see that.   I suggest this would be an easy thing for ESET to add as they are reporting some hardware information anyway such as serial number and make and model ?

When adding the criteria, you can filter in the top row. Enter 'physical memory' and it will pop out.
