Rodrigo jimenez 0
Hi, I am currently testing ERA 6 in CentOS 7. When I connect to the web console and I get to the list of computers, I can never see which version of ESET is installed in them or its current database version: I have the same issue with Mac computers -with the added problem of also not showing its OS. Also, no computers are included in the dynamic groups for Mac or Windows, I can only include them in static groups. Has anyone faced a similar problem? thanks! ESET Moderators TomasP 318 Posted October 23, 2015 ESET Moderators Share Posted October 23, 2015 Hello, are you running the latest version of ERA 6.2?
korbel 0
ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.2.200.0ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.2.155.0 I have a suspicion, ERA Server shows the data only after the first contact of the agent. Each of following contacts deletes all information (device info and OS info) from profile (look at the attachment). I saw profiles, where data was present and next day data are gone.
