No info about the installed ESET version in PCs through the web console

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am currently testing ERA 6 in CentOS 7. When I connect to the web console and I get to the list of computers, I can never see which version of ESET is installed in them or its current database version:

I have the same issue with Mac computers -with the added problem of also not showing its OS.

Also, no computers are included in the dynamic groups for Mac or Windows, I can only include them in static groups.

Has anyone faced a similar problem?

thanks!

ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.2.200.0
ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.2.155.0

I have a suspicion, ERA Server shows the data only after the first contact of the agent. Each of following contacts deletes all information (device info and OS info) from profile (look at the attachment). I saw profiles, where data was present and next day  data are gone.

Hello, I'd suggest contacting the local customer care as further logs will be needed for investigation of this issue.
