may i know why is hips disabled in windows 10 ?

Which Win10 build are you using ?.....

 

"The latest supported build of Windows 10 is 10240. If you opted for so-called fast-ring updates, these are not currently supported. In the future, we plan to support them at least with limited HIPS functionality."

have windows 10 pro 64bit build 10240

10240 is the lastest windows 10 pro build

and what's the meaning about  ?

with limited HIPS functionality.

it's not disabled, if you see next there are green check marks, which means it's ok.

it's exactly the same with my configuration in the default settings.

 

so don't worry

do you have enabled  "allow registry access and drivers loading...boot " ?

 

about

may i know exactly what is limited ?

no i didnt. i don't mess around with hips as it may cause problems with the functionality of the pc. the default are fine.
