CAN'T RENEW - SAME PROBLEM LAST YEAR.

Trying to renew via clicking on the program and going to the MicroCenter site. It keeps telling me it "doesn't recognize my billing address," and won't accept my payment. WTF? I had this exact SAME problem last year and had to go into the store. 

 

Why hasn't this been fixed, and why is my billing address (which is CORRECT, by the way) keeping me from my purchase? Serious inconvenience.

MicroCenter is an independent reseller of ESET's products in the USA, ie. ESET does not control it. I'll ask colleagues from the US office to look into it and to contact MicroCenter, if necessary.
