ESET Smart Security 8 wil not update

I use smart security for many year and have current 5 license valid to 16 -3-2016

But some of my updates won't work as log in number not valid

after I contacted Au agent they said the can not support this any more as US took distributorship away this with them.
I been dealing with them more than 10 years
aim very disappointed seems I have to purchase other virus programs.

For long time Asset software did a very good job for me

All my other client I suggested Eset over the last few years (around 100) having the same problem

This shows Aset don't care about clients on interested in more money by cutting of a reliable Australia distributor for many years ????

How do I get my paid Smart security working and how mutch more wil cost to renew?
