Password Protection with Parental Control

When I acivate Parental Control I have to protect the settings with a password. Otherwise I always see "Attention required".

 

When I have set the password, I have to confirm every attempt of the Firewall (Interactive Mode). That´s annoying. Any changes regarding this in final release?

Hello Werderforever,

 

The password is asked only when the settings are being changed (e.g. a rule is created). Once you create the rule, you will no longer be asked for that application and thus the number of password requests will go down rapidly.

If you choose to be prompted for every connection, the settings are not changed so the password is not requested.

Although it's inconvenient, it's not a new "feature" of v9 and older versions behaved the same way.
