Administrators Marcos 5,071 Posted September 4, 2015 Administrators Share Posted September 4, 2015 To upgrade agent, send a "Remote Administrator Components Upgrade" task to clients. To upgrade Endpoint, send a software install task. I just wonder where you got Endpoint 6.2.2020 from as it doesn't seem to have ever been released and v6.2.2021 is current.
