EndpointV6 did not use ProxyServer for Activation!

Hi Dears moderators,

 

It seems to be a problem in V6 activation server because today and yesterday we have many error like this :

 

Activation Faild

We coulnd not reach the activation server

It seems that there was a general problem in activation even by direct internet today ! any one have this problem ?

Over 10 companies of our customers have activation problem today !

Yeah I had some issues earlier activating File Security 4.5 and Endpoint Security 6 products earlier, no idea if it has resovled itself.

it seems that it is an internal server error of ESET becuase also with direct internet we have error for reaching activation server!

 

Is there any problem in activation server in these days ? because many of our clients report these errors also try with VPN and no success.

Some randomize activation will successfull but most of them will not connect to activation server.

We think that it was a proxy server error but this error is general in these days even via Direct interent.

It was a temporarly problem we think in ESET activation server that is solved after one day.
