ESET No Internet Access Windows 10

Recently did a reset on my windows 10 system now I want to reinstall ESET however every time I do I get disconnected from the internet is their a fix for this?

Disabling Epfw Lightweight filter in your LAN properties might fix it. Then install the latest version of ESS 8.0.319.
