ESET Administration 6.1.444.0 100% processor utilization

I installed 6.1.444.0 on two different servers and confirmed this issue happens on both.  SVCHOST continuously consumes 50% or more of either server (both dual processor).  It's to the point VMWare complains about processor utilization on the guest.  This issue should be easy to re-create and is unacceptable.
