Dynamic Groups issues

With the assistance of ESET Support, I have been trying to create a filter for clients without ESET protection using a variety of expressions. This appears to work initially but after a short time, I am seeing clients with ESET appearing in the No AV group.

 

The filter is assigned to the dynamic group so I can't see what's going wrong other than a filtering problem in ESET.

 

 

Anyone got any ideas?

Use NOR operator instead of NAND so that all conditions have to be false.
