Eset smart security 8 Don't unistall on My Windows 10

I have the ESET Smart Security 8 on my windows 10 every time i want unistall it on my windows but every time come the error say "The specifed account already exists" but i can't solve this error and i can't find meaning this error please help me. for unistall it.

When using the uninstall tool on Windows 10, remove ESET Lightweight filter from network connection properties to restore network connectivity.
