After upgrading to Windows 10, NOD32 wasn't working so I did an uninstall and then when attempting to reinstall, comes up with the following error message: The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\callmsi.exe.

I did a malware scan and deleted detected items, but still comes up with the same error message.

Can anyone suggest how to gett NOD32 up and running again?

Before you start installing ESET, make sure the folder "C:\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\" doesn't exist.
