No ESET Email response

Hi, I have sent numerous emails requesting support and have received no replies from ESET.  Is this normal?  I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and now get error messages.  I can't find help for my specific problem in the Knowledgebase.


I really need help.  Windows 10 is so different, I need someone to walk me thru the steps to uninstall and reinstall Nod32.

Did you receive a confirmation email with a ticket number after contacting Customer care? Or pm me the contact email address you've entered so that I can pass it to colleagues in the US.

UPDATE: I do see that Jim called in and we ran him through KB2289 (Manual Uninstall/Reinstall) but I do not see whether the issue had been resolved. Will follow up with Customer Care to verify.
