Web capture not working

I am running a test on my anti theft and the web picture capture is not working. I cannot find any support documents to help. Anyone have suggestions or other feedback?

Windows 10, HP laptop. I have a Toshiba with windows 10 and it works fine.

what do you mean "web picture capture"?

AT takes only webcams & screenshots from your device...

Same thing. The. Security feature is supposed to display current location, screen capture and a photo using the webcam. My tests are not returning a photo from the webcam. Thank you

Maybe a dummy question.. but is your camera turned on?

There might be a problem with some HP laptops and ESS, that seems to be not resolved yet...

Skype is on all the time waiting for a call and the camera works for it.  I also launched the camera program manually and it worked.  Not sure why it would not work with ESET unless there is a setting somewhere in the program that I cannot find.  thanks
