Windows automatically makes a new user account

So today I just realised that Windows is automatically making a new user account named "pilmhgyjk" no matter how many times I delete it and that's not the fake one that Eset SS makes as part of the security it has.

However doing a full smart scan with Eset smartsecurity found nothing.

Now what should I do?

send me a pm with your (my.eset.com) email & (antitheft) device name, i'll try to find what's behind...
