EraAgentSvc - Error 7024

I provided the Agent to customers. Installations were successful, and the computers reported to the server. Everything works until you restart the computer on which it is installed AGENT. After restarting the computer, the computers no longer be reported. I thought that was the reason for ports. It turned out that throws EraAgentSvc service, restarting nothing gives - off after 4 seconds. Any ideas?
