Today I received the following mail from noreply@orders.eset.com.

  • ESET Moderators

These emails are generated by a system not controlled by us (i.e., me) so we (KB) have asked those responsible for an explanation. They have responded to us that they are looking into it. I expect an answer after the weekend, but it's safe to assume that it's some minor glitch, but we'll find out for sure.

We received a response from the team responsible for this system--it was a legitimate email (that is was from ESET) but it was incorrectly sent to you. The reason for this has been resolved but please continue to let us know if you (if anyone) receive incorrect email templates.
