TomFace 540 Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 Hm, no answer from ESET? I'm sure one of the Moderators will respond soon.
ESET Moderators foneil 342 Posted July 31, 2015 ESET Moderators Posted July 31, 2015 These emails are generated by a system not controlled by us (i.e., me) so we (KB) have asked those responsible for an explanation. They have responded to us that they are looking into it. I expect an answer after the weekend, but it's safe to assume that it's some minor glitch, but we'll find out for sure.
ESET Moderators foneil 342 Posted August 3, 2015 ESET Moderators Posted August 3, 2015 We received a response from the team responsible for this system--it was a legitimate email (that is was from ESET) but it was incorrectly sent to you. The reason for this has been resolved but please continue to let us know if you (if anyone) receive incorrect email templates.
