Workstation With Multiple IP Addresses receive errors

Hello,

 

We have a computer in our IT department that has network addresses in multiple subnets in order to perform maintenance on various network devices. This computer periodically receives "General Compiler Errors," "Error while updating" or fatal errors where the computer crashes. These issues occurs on EES 6.1.2227, EEA 6.1.2227, EES 5.0.2237, and EEA 5.0.2237; basically every version of ESET available for installation.

I assume you update Endpoint v6 directly from ESET's servers, don't you? We'll need you to generate an updater log. If you have tracelog.exe, I will supply you with the appropriate syntax to enable logging.

We do all of our updates from ESET's server. We do not have the tracelog.exe
