I've added 2 policies in ERA Console ( first: HttpProxy for Agent, Second: HttpProxy for Eset Products) as mentioned in hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN3637. All computers in company are in domain. When I'm trying to update virus signature it tells there is bad username and/or password. What could be wrong ? I would be very greatful if you help me with this issue. EDIT: I need to add, that i've added 2 licences to ERA (For Eset Endpoint Security and Endpoint Antivirus). What's more on computer where problems exist, there is ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 installed. I did not add its license to ERA. Edited July 24, 2015 by lukasz.popiolek
