Eset Smart Security won't allow sleep mode

Hello!

 

I just downloaded the trial version of ESS last night, and my computer won't stay asleep since then. Is there a way i can run ESS and have my Windows 8.1 64 bit system sleep too?

Ekrn should be suspended in sleep mode so it shouldn't cause the computer to wake up. Have you tried disabling protection modules to see if it makes a difference? What about renaming C:\Windows\System32\drivers\eamonm.sys and ehdrv.sys in safe mode, one at a time? Does the problem go away after temporarily uninstalling ESS ?
