NOD32 starts faster than Windows DPI scaling when using a SSD

With a solid state drive, NOD 32 loads before Windows DPI settings take affect.  I am visually impaired and need to use a large monitor at 200% dpi.  I need to delay startup of NOD 32 by 5 or so seconds otherwise it's too small to read at 1600p.  A few years ago someone from ESET helped me disable NOD32 at boot so I could run a script to delay startup of the program by 5 seconds.  Please help.
