jbruyet 0 Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 Hey all, I recently upgraded from File Security 5.0 to 6.0.12025.0 on my servers and some of them are erroring out when I run the Eset6ConfigScript. The full text of the error is: A critical error occurred. Please see the installation log for more information. Enabling the log is described at the ESET knowledge base website: kb.eset.com Issue ID: SOLN406 I get this some on both 32-bit and 64-bit installs. I tried Googling this Issue ID and I get zilch that helps me. I tried doing a search for this Issue ID on this forum and was surprised that nothing showed up. I tried clicking on the link to see about enabling the installation log but I never found a way to enable it. Any ideas? Suggestions? Recommendations? jbruyet 0 Posted July 15, 2015 Author Share Posted July 15, 2015 Found out how to do the install log but all I found in it that referred to the script error was this line: MSI © (38:50) [12:15:49:549]: Product: ESET Remote Administrator Agent -- Configuration failed.
