Case sensitivity (old bug is back)

Names of quarantined objects and their paths were changed to upper case (by real-time file system protection). After restoring, only the original name was changed to upper case.

Original path: D:\UploaDC++\Программы\BitTorrent_7.9.3.40299.exe

Modified path: D:\UPLOADC++\Программы\BITTORRENT_7.9.3.40299.EXE

After restoring: D:\UploaDC++\Программы\BITTORRENT_7.9.3.40299.EXE

I was unable to reproduce it on Windows XP.

i am too unable to reproduce it on windows 10. all letters are as normal as they would be with corect capitalization.
