gabglus 0 Posted July 2, 2015 Posted July 2, 2015 Hello,I installed a unit and activated it with username and password (not with my Security Admin account credentials). After that, I formatted the machine with a fresh installation and install again ESET. This time, I activated it with my Security Admin account credentials. Now I have one machine with two licences and I can not deactivate in the ESET Remote Administrator the first client installed that now is not active because I did not activate it my Security Admin account credentialsHow can I release the license? Thanks in advance,Gabriel
jimwillsher 65 Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 You login to the ela.eset.com website, and in there you will see all licenses and all computers. Simply deactivate one of them from in there. Jim
Madagio 0 Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 I dont have checkbox, screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iegcnipc6leifi6/ElaScreenshot.png?dl=0 "Automatically deactivate units not connected to ESET License Administrator in last 30 days" is not working for this computer as well.
