propblem with my public ip

Hello

There's a problem with my public ip

A program to share the internet via wifi

i added the exception hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2843

i'ts still the network visible in other devices and connet to network but hasn't any connection to internet

 

p.s : when i disable personal firewall the program working well and connect the devices to internet
