Add policy popup is unusable

Hello,

 

I'm trying to add new policy, but popup window is very narrow - please look at attached file. I can't change the size of this window, even if I resize my browser (Firefox 38, IE 11). There is too much similar named policies and it is torment to wait a description popup for each item. Is there a workaround? Thanks.
