Installation Problem with Agent on Windows XP SP3

I'm trying to install Agent on several Windows XP computers and they all give me an error saying "Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable." I downloaded the Agent bat file through my ERA server, put it on a USB, and install. It works fine on computers with Windows 7/8. How do I get this to work?

If you chose current user in the "Run as" window, make sure to untick the box "Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity". Let us know if that helped.
