ERA Console 5 - Problematic clients found

Hi,

 

I installed ERA Console v.5 in a Win2008 server and I also install the antivirus client 5.0.2237.

I also configured in the client the remote administration to point out to the server.  The client now appears in the console but it shows an error. I see the toolbar icon in red and it shows the message "Problematic clients found".

Also the client appears in red in the console. see attchments.

 

Could someone tell me what is happenning?

Unfortunately, the error message in red is not displayed completely. I can only guess that it reads something along the line "Antivirus and antispyware protection is disabled". Check locally on the client what the problem is; maybe the protection modules have been disabled, real-time protection driver wasn't loaded, etc.

The client seems ok but the era 5 showing the same error.

Please provide us with more information and screen shots as well to better understand what the issue is.
