Remote Admin Clients Don't Show Up.

Hello,
I'm currently trying to set up Eset Remote Administrator (v5.2.26) on a Windows server 2012 r2. On multiple Client computers I have Eset endpoint Antivirus (v5.0.2229.0). I've set up the Remote Administrator server following the instructions Here and set up Remote administration in the Antivirus to point to my server (lets say 192.168.1.2). The Client doesn't show up in the client lists and there are no log files at all for connecting to the server. I am able to telnet to my server using 

telnet 192.168.1.2 2223

2223 being the port used. I can ping fine but even when I point the update server at the 2012 r2 it returns cannot connect to server.
