All clients (mostly 6.1x with some 4.2x) reporting cannot connect to server

Yesterday trying to get a remote client (connected via a VPN) to activate, I used the off line license file creation for the client via the On-line license administrator. Now all clients are reporting an error message cannot connect to server. Nothing was changed on the remote administration server where the clients are configured to connect to.

 

Any ideas?

Does the error occur when you attempt to update Endpoint? Is it configured to connect through a proxy server? If so, please make sure it's configured properly. Is it possible to open hxxp://um10.eset.com/eset_upd/update.ver in a browser on those clients?
