jst3751 0 Posted June 17, 2015 Share Posted June 17, 2015 Yesterday trying to get a remote client (connected via a VPN) to activate, I used the off line license file creation for the client via the On-line license administrator. Now all clients are reporting an error message cannot connect to server. Nothing was changed on the remote administration server where the clients are configured to connect to. Any ideas? Is it configured to connect through a proxy server? If so, please make sure it's configured properly. Is it possible to open hxxp://um10.eset.com/eset_upd/update.ver in a browser on those clients?
