ESET ES v6 Web Control Category-based Rules5

Anybody explored ESET ES v6 Web Control functionality? I checked ESET v6 web control with Category-based rules are now not working at all. Why? Is this functinality removed? If yes, then this option is not removed. I am working in Pakistan and tried to get help from local dealer of ESET but they didn't replied yet.

If anyone know this issue and got solution then please share in this post.
