unzip a file: I do not get the contained .exe file unzipped

My system:
win7 64 pro
Eset Smart Security 8.0.312.3

In principle I am very satisfied with ESET.
But I have not found a solution to the following problem.

If I want to unzip a zip file, for example, using WinRAR,
I always do not get the contained .exe file unzipped.
(ESET has tested the zip file and it is clean.)
Error massage: keine Dateien zum Entpacken.

Who will give me a good tip, so that unzip will work?
