acurylo98 0
Hi Everybody, I have a question about the new ERA 6.x. I was reading about it because the company I work for wants to upgrade. We have a few programs that are run from Microsoft Access, and I was wondering if they will still work if we upgrade? I read that Microsoft Access Databases are not supported. It said that we must copy the data into an acceptable format. Does anybody know what this format is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if this is going to be an upgrade that we want as of yet. Thank you, acurylo98
ESET Moderators foneil 342 Posted June 3, 2015 ESET Moderators Share Posted June 3, 2015 As you consider the upgrade, you should become familiar with all the system requirements by looking through the Online Help and Knowledgebase documentation. Regarding MS Access, see hxxp://help.eset.com/era/6/en-US/database_requirements.htm For an overview of relevant KB content, see Do you have questions about new version 6 business products? acurylo98 0
I understand that we will need to install the Microsoft SQL Express by default with the upgrade. I want to know if the programs that we have running with Microsoft Access will still work once we upgrade, (if we upgrade)?
