Just wondering, did this occur straight after install without restarting Windows? Or after trying to uninstall it but cancelling it instead? Does restarting Windows resolve the issues?

I only ask as what on the video was also exactly what happened to me but only after trying to uninstall and cancelling it due to an error and was wondering why.

The same problem here with banking& payment protection. Not working at all.

Banking & Payment Protection

ESET Smart Security can protect your personal data while you use banking or payment websites.

A secured browser will be launched that provides additional security for banking transactions, credit card numbers and other sensitive personal data.

Protected browser could not be started.
Associated error code: 0x847695d0

No there is a memory issue/leak (at least on Win XP) right now ekrn.exe is using 540MB of ram   :)

ekrn.exe sit at 120-130mb at boot and that's where it pretty much should stay....but it slowly goes higher and higher.

* New bug about popups. When ESET updates or I scan a file a popup comes out but its transparent when I drag a mouse on it still transparent but when popup is about to disappear draging a mouse on it then its not transparent.

And you would ask me why Im not reporting to https://eset.centercode.combecause I have reported to them a bug but no one have answered  5 Days ago.

In the picture somehow mouse cannot be seen somehow
