SeaJays 0 Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 In the last week, I've notice that the McAfee icon is on my computer and it looks like it is associated with ESET. I have never installed McAfee. Is ESET now apart of McAfee? If not, how do I uninstall it?
Maniac 2 Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Hello SeaJays. There is no way McAfee to associated somewhow with ESET products. Please let us know what is the McAfee product name.
MrWrighty 6 Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Are you sure it is McAfee Antivirus it could be their cloud storage/backup solution which it a separate product but comes bundled on a lot of new PC's/Laptops.
SweX 871 Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 ESET and Intel Security (McAfee) is not associated in any way. Hmmm maybe you forgot to uncheck the McAfee offer while updating Adobe Flash Player on the Adobe website.
LabVIEW707 13 Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 It installed from you not unchecking "install McAfree Security Scan". https://forums.adobe.com/thread/722513 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1045453
