Recent update attempts failed

Hello,

 

My ERAS6 says Recent update attempts failed for some clients but I have done manually check on each clients and all of them show virus signature database is up to date.

 

Please advise.

Are those warnings from Endpoint clients or from ERA agents? You should see the source in the Product column.

This is probably a known issue which is triggered when an http proxy without http 1.1 support is used and it will be addressed in a newer version of agent soon. What proxy server do you use?

Perhaps you could capture the communication using Wireshark to find out if HTTP 1.0 response is received although 1.1 is expected.
