saroot 2 Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Hello, My ERAS6 says Recent update attempts failed for some clients but I have done manually check on each clients and all of them show virus signature database is up to date. Please advise.

Administrators Marcos 5,733 Posted April 27, 2015 Administrators Posted April 27, 2015 This is probably a known issue which is triggered when an http proxy without http 1.1 support is used and it will be addressed in a newer version of agent soon. What proxy server do you use?
jimwillsher 65 Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Me too....no proxy here either. I don't think it's a proxy issue Marcos, as none of my sites use a proxy.
ucvijan 4 Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 I had those same issues, but hey were related to proxy. So i turned off the proxy, and now everything is ok. Hope i don't jinx it .
