After deleting EES6 computer is permanently rebooted

I deleted EES6 to set EES5.

After deleting EES6 computer is permanently rebooted.

It was succeeded to load the computer only in the "Last Known Good Configuration".

I tried to delete the program in a protect mode by means of ESETUninstaller, but the computer started permanently reboot.

It was succeeded to load the computer only in the "Last Known Good Configuration".

If I try to install EES5, there is an error (pic-002) and and there is a canceling of a program installation.
