ryancoates 0 Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Pushing out the Agent from the RA Server fails. The RA Server is a 2008 R2 fully patched up. I get the standard error about checking access to admin shares, firewall stuff, etc. All of those things check out. The remote agent push installation starts, files get copied to the client workstation and the eset-remote-install-service.exe process starts on the client. The ra-agent-install.log file on the workstation ends with the following: MSI (s) (14:4C) [13:39:26:131]: Downloading hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1/com/eset/apps/business/era/agent/v6/6.1.365.0/Agent_x86.msito local file C:\Windows\Installer\MSIC59F.tmp MSI (s) (14:5C) [13:54:38:841]: Running as a service. So, it appears that the process to install the agent successfully starts on the client workstation. The MSIC59F.tmp file mentioned in the ra-agent-install.log exists in the location mentioned and is 60,320KB in size. But after some time the eset-remote-install-service.exe process stops and the server reports that the push install failed.
