ikda 0 Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Hi, after the Microsoft April Patchday und the latest Eset Smart Security 8 update I am no longer able to rename folders or save files from a browser. The following popup will be shown: After disabling the realtime file security the problem is gone. When reenabling it, the problem is back. I sent a message to the product support. ikda 0 Posted April 19, 2015 Author Share Posted April 19, 2015 The system has only one disk. For this it happens for all pathes: C:\, Desktop folder, Documents folder ... When trying to delete a folder it will be prevented. When creating a new folder it will be created, but not with the planned name, but "New folder". As soon as realtime file security is disabled, it will work as expected. Other security suites mentioned some Microsoft changes, but not sure if this is related to this problem.
