Microsoft gallery add-on blocked

Hi all,

Today, I had some time. I have a new Samsung laptop with Win8 64bit OS. I went to the IEgallery.com. I attempted to download an add-on called Wisestamp. It is an email add on.

 

Eset SS 6 stopped the addon. I am not sure why. Can anyone shed some light on the issue? Thanks
